I suppose I should do a #introducton since I spun up my own instance even though I'm not entirely new to the fediverse.

My bio says most of what you need to know, but in general I try to advocate for an open, free internet outside of corporate control and share personal advice for navigating this digital landscape.

I run a few different services that are open to people I'm at least acquainted with. Very pro individual liberties when it comes to politics. And I kinda post whatever I feel like. Mostly about the aforementioned internet topics, but definitely can deviate time to time.

hi, i'm rune. i'm nonbinary (she/her), bi/pan, polyamorous, and pro-kink, i am fascinated by most everything in the world, but don't have enough spoons to actually explore and engage with much of my main interests, which include...

gaming, writing (including prose, poetry, roleplay, etc.) and reading (many genres), programming, music (listening, performing, and composing), math, psychology, nature, spirituality, visual art (drawings, animations, 3D modeling, etc) — really the list goes on. there are so many fascinating things that haven't even been brought to my attention!

i'm an extroverted kinetic autist (AuDHD) and so i love to get to know people, but i'm still learning how to do that on my own terms in a way that is beneficial to everyone involved.

i'm also otherwise disabled and suffer from complex PTSD, which has likely resulted in my plurality. i have not been diagnosed with DID or OSDD, and do not know what the correct diagnosis would be, but the existence of my system is not in question. the name "rune" addresses us altogether, and for the most part our plurality doesn't notably impact how we interact with others. i'm eager to connect with singlets and systems alike!

i care deeply about accessibility. i try to do my part, but please call me in when you notice something i've missed in any of my posts!

ugh, what else? i'm bingeing my way through FFXIV. i'd love to post poetry on here from time to time. i'm taking advantage of the extensive character limit (thank you, neurodifferent.me, for catering to hyperlexics like me!), and there's probably still a million things i'd like to add but can't remember.
