Great first night at #LightUpLancaster of Daydream in the priory. Lots of people staying to watch the whole thing (some multiple times!). The space looked amazing

The work is a triangular mirror box with a back projection screen. The organ music and visuals are inspired by the life of composer and astronomer William Herschel

Перед сервантом находится куча белой (светлой) керамической посуды. Некоторые чашки лежат на боку. Вся посуда целая. Мне понравилось, как была выставлена эта хайлайт-работа. С тремя выложенными в ряд белыми матами. Немного напоминает архитектурную инсталляцию Марины Кошлиной, которую можно было увидеть этим летом на Винзаводе.

В большом выставочном пространстве вдоль длинной белой стены впритык к ней выложены три белых мата. Над левым матом почти по центру на стене висит зеленовато-голубой светлый ковёр с несимметричным изображением головы кролика. У кролика видны два больших резца, левое ухо заломано, между глаз на лоб нанесён перевёрнутый чёрный крест. Кролик и две виньетки под ним исполнены чёрными линиями с персиковой заливкой. Рисунок выткан по небрежному рисунку в даркерском, контркультурном стиле, но цвета ковра пастельные, если не считать чёрных контуров и чёрного креста. // In the large exhibition space, three white mats are laid out close to a long white wall. Above the left mat, almost in the center of the wall, hangs a light greenish-blue carpet with an asymmetrical image of a rabbit’s head.
