Ian Brown<p>The European Commission needs to do *better* than this on designating <a href="https://eupolicy.social/tags/NIICS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>NIICS</span></a>. Same reason apparently <a href="https://eupolicy.social/tags/gmail" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>gmail</span></a> has not been designated under the <a href="https://eupolicy.social/tags/DMA" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>DMA</span></a> (which is *not* competition law; but gmail market share is a serious sign something is wrong in market fairness and contestability). And then of course there is the infamous EC acceptance of <a href="https://eupolicy.social/tags/Apple" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Apple</span></a>’s rebuttal of <a href="https://eupolicy.social/tags/iMessage" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>iMessage</span></a> designation 🤬 /cc <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://techpolicy.social/@mnot" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@<span>mnot</span></a></span><br>From: <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://mamot.fr/@nemobis" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@<span>nemobis</span></a></span> <br><a href="https://mamot.fr/@nemobis/114148782940953560" rel="nofollow noopener" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">mamot.fr/@nemobis/114148782940</span><span class="invisible">953560</span></a></p>
