Mitex Leo<p>Just installed Windows 11 on my HP Victus 16 (RTX 4050) just to update the BIOS. Damn, it feels so sluggish. Shout out to that time all the way back in 2009 when #HP debuted what it claimed was the first consumer laptop with facial recognition.

Except it couldn’t recognize black people. As in: the camera did not register a human being in frame. At all.
