Advice?</p><p>I have a good relationship with a contractor who has done work for me before. I want to drill a hole in the concrete basement wall (above ground) for a 3" conduit for coax, install a ground rod, and run the conduit to thru the roof with a service cap. They have the tools and experience to make it a quick job, just expecting some odd looks when I tell them why.</p>
