Obviously, it's a game, so it's not the serious exposition about this topic, however.</p>

Allie<p>December 27, 2023 - Day 360 - NewPlay Review<br>Total NewPlays: 387</p><p>Game: GreedFall</p><p>Platform: Steam<br>Release Date: Sep 10, 2019<br>Installation Date: Dec 21, 2023<br>Unplayed: 6d<br>Playtime: 2h42m</p><p>GreedFall is a third-person action RPG set in a fantasy version of the 17th century.</p><p>You play as a noble of the "Merchant Congregation", one of several competing factions seeking to colonise the island of "Teer Fradee", hoping to find a cure for the "Malichor", an illness that is wreaking havoc on the Merchant Congregation's capital city of Sérène.</p><p>I was just going to play 15 minutes, write up a review, and move on.</p><p>Instead, I found myself deeply engrossed in the storyline, and regretting that I hadn't discovered GreedFall earlier.</p><p>Firstly, the character selection screen gives you a choice of the gender, and basic look of your character, with them being fully voiced. Huge checkmark.</p><p>But the worldbuilding itself is just amazing.
