Ah, I know the sound that has been missing the last week in my part of Southern California. Leaf blowers. There have been no leaf blowers here (or yard crews) for a week. I wonder if those folks are laying low, trying to avoid ICE, or if they are some of the folks who have been nabbed off the streets.

I use the general impact of disasters/disease/etc. on people on my server as a measure... you can add impact from ICE raids to that list.
