Thomas<p>Der linke Aktivist Benjamin Ruß nahm an einer Demonstration gegen die EZB in F/a.M.(2015) teil und trug ein Plastikvisier vor dem Gesicht. Er wurde wegen Verstößen gegen das Schutzwaffenverbot verurteilt. Das verletzt seine Versammlungsfreiheit, so der Europäische Gerichtshof für Menschenrechte heute in einem Urteil.</p><p>Das Bundesverfassungsgericht hatte seinerzeit die Verurteilung noch gebilligt.
