@ColinTheMathmo Hu, I just installed the extension on GNOME and downloaded the KDE connect app on my phone. I made sure both were connected to the same network, and it worked.

My desktop is connected via Ethernet to my WiFi router, while my Pixel9a running GrapheneOS is on WiFi.
