Vor einiger Zeit veröffentlichte der Leiter der Kommunikation der @helmholtz eine Stellungnahme zur #eXit-Diskussion. Bei Table-Media sprach er sich für den Verbleib von Wissenschaftler:innen auf #X aus, weil ein Rückzug der #WissKomm schaden könnte.

Nun, einige Monate später haben wir in den #USA die Situation, dass die Regierung das #Bildungsministerium kaputt sparen will. Für das Institut für #Museen und #Bibliotheken sieht eine Direktive des Präsidenten aus der letzten Woche vor, seine Arbeit soweit wie irgend möglich einzustellen. US-Wissenschaftler:innen sprechen von einem nie dagewesen Angriff auf #Bildung und #Wissenschaft.
Dabei kam die jetzige Regierung mit Hilfe von Wahlmanipulationen zustande, die von der Plattform X betrieben wurden.
Ist es nicht langsam Zeit für einen Gang nach Canossa und die selbstkritische Erkenntnis, dass die eigene Meinung eine Fehleinschätzung war?
Welche Werte der #Helmholtz-Gemeinschaft rechtfertigen den Verbleib auf X?
