The low-quality CCTV footage seems to show that the flaps were not in takeoff configuration. But then, TOCWS alarm would have sounded, the moment the pilot throttles up.
It has been reported that the last transmission from the aircraft indicated the loss of thrust. If the pilot retracted the flaps to reduce drag in this low-thrust situation, then it makes no sense that the gears, the biggest drag-producing bits, were not retracted.
