– on its way to the summer season at Eva Bull Holte's museum in Åmotsdal. Opening June 22, runs until August 10.

A bowl I dare say is a magnificent bowl. Like «once upon a time», when such objects had significance, when you had to show off with gold and glitter the higher in status you had become – on absolutely necessary things like a bowl.
🇸🇯Enda en bolle fra verkstedet – på vei til sommerens sesong ved Eva Bull Holtes museum i Åmotsdal.
Her en som som vel fortjener å bli kalt en praktbolle. Som den gang i virkelig gamle tider da slike gjenstander hadde en betydning. Det var da folk måtte flotte seg med gull og glitter jo høyere i status man var kommet, anlagt på helt nødvendige gjenstander som en bolle.

Four breakfast bowls in Aspen this time, from timber I harvested in Hadeland about ten years ago, when I lived there at Persbråten. Aspen is not as boring white as many people think.

Her fire frokostboller i Osp, fra emner jeg høstet på Hadeland for vel ti år siden, den gang jeg bodde der på Persbråten. Ospa er ikke så kjedelig hvit som mange tror.

Bin glücklich mit dem Ergebnis! Habe gestern Abend meine Frauenskulptur aus dem Ofen geholt und sie ist nicht nur heil geblieben, sondern die Glasur entspricht sogar meiner Vorstellung. Bevor sie ins Verkaufsregal kommt, stelle ich sie nun mitten ins Wohnzimmer, damit ich ganz oft daran vorbeigehe 🤩.

“Canva co-founder #MelaniePerkins wrote to staff on May 5 to unveil #Canva’s official #AIGuidelines, two months after it axed the majority of its #TechnicalWriters division and directed #engineers to complete the bulk of their #tasks using #AITools.

The COACHES (weaselword for manager) said the company had recently directed them to *formally assess* the way employees, known internally as “Canvanauts”, use AI in their six-monthly PERFORMANCE reviews. They also said the company has #automated the #writing of these #reviews.

A company spokesperson denied these claims in a lengthy statement but said Canva does “ENCOURAGE” employees to “reflect on how they’re using AI in their work” on an informal basis and said they use an internal tool that assesses performance reviews against their internal metrics after a human has written the

For a consumer facing software company, the last place I’d be removing human input would be where the technology touches customers. The usability, instructions, reliability through Engineering, Art and crafting of a product.

Where do you cut? Accounting, excessive management (top & bottom) and back office. This is the difference between an accounting/MBA and an Engineering / consumer focused company.
