1. Fennel, celery, orange salad with a thyme&orange vinaigrette.
2. Slowly roasted carrots (marinated with olive oil and kerrie massala spice) with sesame labneh and roasted za’atar hazelnuts.
3. Ottolenghi’s grilled red peppers filled with buttery turnip and goatcheese.
4. Mejadra, a classic Lebanon dish. Rice, lentils, crispy onions and a lot of spices.
