Seitansbraten<p>Nachdems ja gestern nicht geklappt hat, wurde heute endlich der Grill wieder angeworfen</p><p>Darauf Würstchen von Greenforce (öd), Steak (auch Greenforce, in Wiederholung weil gut) &amp; Spieße von planted (gab's hier auch schon, sind gut). Außerdem die Evergreens Zucchini &amp; gefüllte Champignons. Fred<p>Ich habe einen Baguetteteig angesetzt und ihn ~60 Stunden kalt fermentiert mit gelegentlichem Falten. So richtig gefällt mir die Struktur nicht, nachdem ich jetzt die Teiglinge geformt habe. Vielleicht hätte ich noch 1-2 mal öfter falten müssen. Stückgare läuft gerade und der Ofen heizt vor.
