@kev Swatch "Broadcast" model GB720 from 1990. Bought this in Spain. Recently replaced the battery only to notice grains of sand from Playa Saler (Valencia) in the compartment. I am remembering listening to a lot of My Bloody Valentine and my students at Centro de Estudios Norteamericanos. 
35-year old watch that is still ticking. Quartz accuracy + sentimental value = priceless timepiece.
