Speaking of, as a Content™ Creator® I often use sites I wouldn't personally use to try and Push The Brand
I've found Facebook *exceptionally* useless for driving traffic (no paid ads fwiw) and seemingly increasingly so
I had a few thousand followers due to #AbyssRium on facebook and I'd get 1-2 digit VIEWS on posts let alone engagement numbers.
I know #algoshit is all about rich get richer but I've never seen it quite THAT bad
So yeah, I probably won't try too hard w/ threads

Something too rarely mentioned in articles bemoaning Mastodon is that my 500 followers on Mastodon give me many times more

than my 2500 on Twitter.
