Maggie MaybeYoutube enshittified more while I was sleeping. It used to be that when I finished watching a video, if I didn’t go back to the home screen and I let the ads at the end play through it would stop on a screen where there’s a suggested video at the top going across the whole top of the screen, then a bunch of little suggested video thumbnail at the bottom.This morning instead of suggesting a different video it’s an ad for Walmart. Both times (I was going to take a photo but I leaned on my remote & now it’s gone. It looks like an AI version of the TV show or movie. It’s not featuring a product or even Walmart itself, it looks like a video suggestion for a show about a high school reunion or protest or something.) It’s so bizarre.
