Der über 300 Seiten starke Untersuchungsbericht der US-Küstenwache lässt kein gutes Haar an Oceangate. 
Die Implosion des Tauchboots Titan auf dem Weg zum Titanic-Wrack wäre vermeidbar gewesen, wenn grundlegende Sicherheitsstandards eingehalten worden wären.
