#Auschwitz80: Never Forget! (#Musk)

One year ago, Musk did not perform the Hitler-salute. Instead, how wore a kippah.

He did that while lighting a candle in former concentration camp Auschwitz-Birkenau.

He was in "good" company: the maintainers of that camp are hypocrits too. In auschwitz.org/en/museum/auschw they state, among other things:

Threatened in its existence, the State of Israel has the right to self-defense in accordance with international law and the principles of humanitarianism.

Both Musk and them make a joke of "Never Again". They don't care that Gaza is a concentration camp. Neither that Palestinians on the Westbank are robbed and murdered (including a "terrorist", a 2 years old girl who was shot in the head, see infosec.exchange/@ErikvanStrat).

Musk was invited to Auschwitz by the EJA (remember that name if you favor equal human rights for every person - the #EJA does *NOT* represent all Jews).

And Musk does *NOT* hate Jews (he earns money from them too). He is a populist and demands attention 24x7. He hates people who cannot or do not make him even richer and powerful than he already is.

He just HELPED Zionists worldwide by FAKING an increase in antisemitism - which is a LIE.

OTOH, (hopefully) an increasing number of people hate Zionists because the Israeli Destruction Forces commit genocide ordered by Netanyahu et al.

Western governments, enticed (or bribed, think #AIPAC) by Zionists, WANT everyone to believe that being anti-genocide and pro-equal-human-rights means you're an antisemite.

YOU. ARE. NOT. AN. ANTISEMITE!

It's a TRICK, see the image in infosec.exchange/@ErikvanStrat (I stole that image from @LALegault).

Powerful and moving. A *must read*!

“Letter to Refaat Alareer”

The Chris Hedges Report · Letter to Refaat AlareerBy Chris Hedges

Btw, do you know how the modern version of the #internet #censorship in #Russia started? In 2012, an organization branded as "League of Safe Internet" (mimicking to be an #NGO, but with obvious #government affiliation) developed a bill enforcing a list of sites forbidden in the country.

The "explanation" was to "protect kids" from #abuse, calls to commit #suicide and information how to get narcotic #drugs (sounds familiar, doesn't it?).

Obviously, after the technical possibility of #blocking was achieved, and the procedure elaborated, they started to use the list for everything, including fight with Western sites, #silencing the remnants of their so called opposition and finally creating their own alternative reality.

Well, regarding kids... these folks are wanted for #genocide for what they do with kids now...

The largest shit in this world is made in order to "protect" your safety and "save" kids from abuse.

Silence is Violence

Rede von @sebastianschroeder / Sebastian Schröder zur Demonstration „All Eyes on Rafah“ am 1. Juni 2024 in Wuppertal

Hallo, guten Tag!

Mein 1.

#Respekt statt #Ausgrenzung

Wir fordern:

• Einen unbefristeten Waffenstillstand.
• Den sofortigen Stopp aller #Waffenlieferungen aus #Deutschland.
• Die Untersuchung der Kriegs- und #Menschenrechtsverbrechen.

Interesting: I just tried following someone on mastodon.ie with an unlocked account and it got turned into a follow request.

Has mastodon.ie silenced me?

If so, I’d like to know why.

CC @mastodonie

PS. This won’t affect you if you’re already following me. It will mean my posts would get hidden from the public timeline and wouldn’t show up in trending posts, etc., on your instance. Hence “silenced.”

The indignation uses the loss of the prerogative, only and always, to be the one who transgresses the boundaries of others, but never to be in the position of having one’s own boundaries transgressed.

🚨 FAO UK academics concerned about academic freedom and/or #Palestine:

Tory minister Michelle Donelan is trying to intimidate UKRI into silencing #academics who have expressed legitimate criticism of the genocide in #Gaza. She appears to be succeeding.

The Marxist (Student) Society at University College London has been suspended by the Student Union for putting up pro-Palestine posters & social media posts.

They’re requesting signatures in their support.

Google DocsDefend solidarity with Palestine! Defend freedom of speech! - Campaign statement On 11 October, UCL Marxist Society was suspended by the UCL Student Union. The ‘crime’ committed by the society was to put up posters and posts on social media for a meeting on Palestine that apparently “could be construed as inciting violence”. Our posters and social media posts showed a Palestinian flag with the slogan: ‘Intifada until victory! The fight for a free Palestine.’ The posters also featured an illustration of an Israel Defence Forces soldier pointing his gun at a Palestinian teenager. We say: Is it wrong to call for mass resistance to brutal oppression? Is an image of an IDF soldier aiming at a young Palestinian not the sad reality for the Palestinians who live under a violent system of apartheid? But as shown on the 11th, if you acknowledge this reality and speak out in defence of the Palestinians you will be vilified, slandered, and censored. Sadly this is endemic of a greater attack on freedom of speech for those showing solidarity with Palestine, not just at UCL but across Britain. Home Secretary Suella Braverman has stated to senior police officers that even waving a Palestinian flag could be considered a criminal offence. Already, a protestor in Manchester has been arrested for wearing the Palestine flag – supposedly for ‘breach of the peace’, while other bystanders were also threatened with arrest. At universities, academics and student activists are coming under attack for declaring solidarity with Palestine or voicing opposition to Israeli occupation. Trade unions are also being criticised. This includes the UCU, who have faced backlash for stating how recent events are “part of a continuing cycle of violence that has been the result of decades of brutal occupation.” We, the undersigned, condemn all attempts to shut down solidarity with the Palestinian people and these outrageous attacks on a fundamental democratic right, freedom of speech. We call on all student societies and trade unions, all workers and students, who are in solidarity with Palestine and want to defend democratic rights to: Sign and share this statement widely; Pass motions of solidarity with Palestine and in defence of free speech in student unions and trade unions, that include pledges not to suspend any individual or organisation for showing solidarity with Palestine; Use all means possible including mass meetings, rallies, and social media to show solidarity with the Palestinians and tell the truth about what’s going on; defend freedom of speech; and defend any staff or students who are silenced or sanctioned on this matter.
