Mitex Leo<p>I’m super frustrated and really regretting my purchase of Red Dead Redemption 2 from Rockstar via Gamebillet.com. I was 70% through the game, main missions all wrapped up on my old setup, when I decided to switch to Fedora. I was so excited to dive back in, but trying to install RDR2 on Fedora with Lutris has been a total headache. </p><p>The Rockstar launcher is broken on Lutris. To make matters worse, Lutris won’t let me install a new version of the launcher, so I’m stuck with this busted one. The download is over 100 GB, and I can’t pause it. If my internet hiccups or I need to restart my PC, it wipes everything and starts from scratch. It’s driving me up the wall! I’ve poured hours into this game, gotten attached to Arthur’s story, and just want to finish it. </p><p>Steam would’ve made this so easy with Proton—smooth sailing, no drama. I really wish someone had gifted me the Steam version instead of this Rockstar headache. Has anyone else run into this Lutris issue with the Rockstar launcher not updating? Any tips to fix it? Zrobiłem drugie podejście do #RDR2 i przepadłem z kretesem.

Ale to jest dobre.

Kończyłem misję w której rozwaliłem mini gang w zaśnieżonych górach, z których wcześniej się wyniosłem w prologu, a w drodze powrotnej zobaczyłem jelenia, zaraz później dwa wilki.
Wszystko upolowałem, ale złapałem się na podziwianiu widoczków. Dalej na drodze ubiłem jeszcze niedźwiedzia na zamarzniętym jeziorze.

10/10, najlepszy symulator swobodnej jazdy na koniu.

I've decided to start playing Red Dead Redemption 2 again - however, this time I'm sort of playing it as a 'cosy' game (as much as that's possible in RDR2).

After getting done with the initial tutorial sections and unlocking all the main features, I'm now just exploring the world, taking photographs, cataloguing the flora and fauna and engaging with the more exploration based side-quests such as finding dinosaur bones or rock carvings.

Як мені каже гра, я пройшов десь 25% #rdr2. Якщо я правильно розумію відсотки у чарунці збереження. Поки сюжет не чіпляє, хоча гра пропонує достатньо атмосферне занурення у епоху кінця 19-го століття в США. Історії поки на рівні "Хай буде", як і більшість персонажів.

Поки є світло - поступово проходжу #rdr2. Система збереження там псує враження. Прогрес можна зберегти, але на відміну від інших ігор, не можна опинитися на тому ж місці, де був. Гра перенесе персонажа у "близьке" місце. На додачу, інколи зберегти прогрес взагалі не можна. Тому я продовжую рухатись далі. Потім одна засідка грабіжників, невдала спроба відбитися і ось мені доводиться проходити попереднє завдання іще раз.
