Ms. Kiki had a pretty good week doing all the things she should be doing. She seemed to like the new Royal Canin renal food. She slept on the bed, followed me around, and was otherwise active.

However, today has been a bit of a downswing. Despite her interest in her ball outside — she’s been restless, picky about food, and in her hiding place again. I gave her some appetite stimulant a few hours ago. I hope tomorrow is better.

Lately these two, who have been natural born enemies for over a decade, seem to have carved out a tenuous peace treaty and have been spotted hanging out and even NAPPING together. They aren’t exactly friends but at least they aren’t trying to kill each other, and I’ll take what I can get.
