Ein Problem dürfte sein, dass Ungarn schon in der Vergangenheit auf Druck in anderen Zusammenhängen nicht sonderlich konstruktiv reagiert hat.</p><p>Z.B. im Bereich Asylrecht:</p><p>"Wegen Verstößen gegen das EU-Asylrecht hatte der EuGH im Juni eine Strafe von 200 Millionen Euro gegen Ungarn verhängt - das Land hat aber bis heute nicht bezahlt." Diesen hat T. nach Informationen des MDR beendet. Juni 2025 hat der Richter Majas Antrag auf Verlegung in den Hausarrest aufgrund angeblicher Fluchtgefahr abgelehnt. Dies ist in unseren Augen eine Entscheidung mit schwerwiegenden politischen Konsequenzen.</p><p>1) Der ungarische Richter hat eine politische Lösung verhindert. Sie gibt ihnen Mut und Kraft. Außerdem zeigt sie den Behörden, dass unsere Leute nicht isoliert sind, sondern viele Menschen hinter ihnen stehen, und dass das, was im Knast passiert, draußen wahrgenommen wird. Viel Post ist auch ein Schutz.</p><p>Den bürgerlichen Namen von Maja und die JVA veröffentlichen wir an dieser Stelle nicht. Anarchist Black Cross Dresden<p>Maja went on hunger strike today, June 5, 2025.<br>Maja has been in pretrial detention for eleven months—isolated, deprived of their rights, and held in conditions akin to torture. Nothing has changed in Maja’s situation for eleven months.<br>Now Maja is taking the ultimate step: a hunger strike.<br>The reason for this is the renewed postponement of a decision on the conversion of their pretrial detention to house arrest.
