Wanna hear a new accursed thing about fast fashion? Great!
Apparently now fast fashion (and perhaps ultra fast fashion brands soon enough) have noticed that people dislike buying useless terrible quality tat, and have switched their advertising to more "timeless and classic" vibes... While also changing nothing about the quality, quantity or ethics of how they produce the clothes! Exactly the same shit, but now with the illusion of prestige and being an investment!

Most likely Shein (and others) is relocating some manufacturing to Vietnam, but in reality the bulk will still be produced in China and shipped to Vietnam for "final assembly" (packaging/printing) in Vietnam and/or commingled with stock produced in Vietnam.
