colour - This square format image shows the lowered main entrance to Moerwijk train station. A two-toned blue wall enters from both sides with a staircase and lift in the middle, protected from the elements by an orange-coloured and transparent roof structure. Concrete supports for the tracks come in from both sides. Photographed when the sunlight briefly broke through on this rather overcast morning.

Well I got three sunny photographs from my walk today, so I'm pleased with that.

A colour photograph of the Grand Pier 2010 at Weston Bay Beach, Somerset, UK - in lowish spring sunshine. There a few people walking dogs an doing beach related stuff in the background and a group of four people at the bottom right of the frame walking across the sand.

A Section of White #FerrisWheel - showing Pods 10 to 15.

I took a few of this attraction, though for this one I moved to my left and caught the sunlight striking the structure.

A colour photograph of a section of a white Ferris wheel. Pods 10 to 15 are in view at the top of the wheel arc. The sky is a rich blue with a wispy cloud layer. The sun is lowish and hitting from the left, illuminating the laddered frame work and pods.

Town Hall, Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, UK.

I managed to get out this afternoon with a camera. Only walked about two miles I'm afraid. I was much, much better last week, though I may have over done things a little - which has set me back somewhat.
The #Phonak hearing aids I have are nothing short of life changingly good! Even so, wearing them when my ears are not well is a challenge.

I am though kinda[kind of] pleased with this photograph.

A colour photograph of Weston-super-Mare Town Hall, a stone building. Taken on a blue sky, sunny April day at around 13:19 hours - so the clock in the clock tower seems to be nine or so minutes slow.

'70s vibe. TU Library, Delft.

colour - Nighttime analog photograph of a first floor office space seen from outside. The building itself is not illuminated from outside and this specific office is the only one that has all the lights on. Decided to shoot this on film because it handles this kind of situation much nicer than digital in my opinion. This film gives you slightly washed out blacks, nice looking highlights and an overall warmth and softness.

Along the waterfront. Schieweg, Delft

colour - Blue hour photo of part of the waterfront along the Delftse Schie. In the middle of this shot stands a, still leafless, large oak tree with two plots with houses and barns to the left and right of it, creating a vertical symmetry. Due to the late blue hour, everything has a somewhat blueish colour. The house on the right is warmly lit by a single street lamp and, reflected in the windows of the house on the left, the first warm tones of dawn are visible. The upper part of this scene is reflected in the water, creating a horizontal symmetry.

This is a landscape format colour photograph taken from underneath a wooden pier. Taken standing on the concrete sea wall, the wooden struts of the pier curve away from the viewer to the left. Light falls through the boards of the walkway above creating a grid of shadows and light. Between the struts to the left, the sea is visible together with a further seawall on which stands a lighthouse. The light is diffuse and the colours muted: it almost appears grey scale. Taken with a Sony RX100 in Whitby, Yorkshire.

colour - The Kolenhaven/bridge in fog during blue hour. The scene is reflected in the Delftse Vliet, one of the major canals running through Delft. A handful of traffic, spot and street lamps add a bit of colour to the predominantly blue hues in this image.
