Das<p>I think this is where I should say if you're following this mini thread (now at 3/5):<br>You'll never guess what I'm making <a href="https://mastodon.online/tags/Chettinad" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Chettinad</span></a> style here in <a href="https://mastodon.online/tags/Kobe" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Kobe</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.online/tags/Japan" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Japan</span></a>!</p><p>No I won't drag it out, but yes in the next couple of reveals you'll need to heed the CW<br>Guess I've missed spicy food! (This episode of #<a href="https://mastodon.online/tags/DasInKobe" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>DasInKobe</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.online/tags/AptCooking" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>AptCooking</span></a> slightly fixed that)</p>
Das<p>Fennel, mustard seeds, black peppercorns + curry leaves of course - essentials for <a href="https://mastodon.online/tags/chettinad" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>chettinad</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.online/tags/cooking" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>cooking</span></a> . Yes yes missing gingelly oil - &amp; not adding <a href="https://mastodon.online/tags/Japanese" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Japanese</span></a> toasted sesame oil which is very different and yes yes this is just some sad dried curry leaves I could get and I'm making do with mild green chilis (I did however buy some hotter chili powder than the togarashi I picked earlier). Also using new store ground coriander - the bit of cumin + corinader I got is long gone <br><a href="https://mastodon.online/tags/AptCooking" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>AptCooking</span></a></p>
