@profoundlynerdy this negative, elitist attitude (not you, I'm talking about the sentiment of the poll) is so frustrating, at least amongst the older populace. You can still use standard flags and enjoy your good old C. Give others the choice to embrace modernization.
Personally, I'm a fan of the embed directive in C2x, and I'll be waiting for C2y features.
