Farsighted – Steven Johnson
While Johnson has some good ideas we can put into practice, he takes far too long telling us stories to get them across. This is a “glossy” book, much like Malcolm Gladwell writes, which gives us a high level overview without many tactics to take home.
Cute newly translated book on bikes - Bike Life by Adrien Zammit. I knew a lot of the info in this book already but still enjoyed the info + the illustration style + learned a few new things. Would have been really handy when I first started thinking about biking. #BikeTooter #Bookstodon

#1 I can't read a book where the main character has the same first name as me. I don't have a super common name, but when it happens, it pulls me out of the story and into my life, which I am trying to dodge with a book.

I'm wondering if Medium is still a viable place to write. I have an old column on the site. I know when I click on Medium articles and it tells me I have to have an account, even though I have one, I generally close the tab and walk away w/o logging in.
I'm wondering if it is a place to find a new audience? What do those who write on Medium think? If you still read on Medium, can you let me know?
