A Muntjac on the edge of the reedbeds at Marston Vale this afternoon
Not a great photo, light to harsh and subject to far away, but it's my first photo of an elusive Water Rail, so I decided to share it with you all the same.

Featuring: Lots of duck eggs under a boat, a heron in the distance with a very long neck, and a path over meadows with lots of wild flowers.
