Es ist Sonntag, 2 Uhr nachts: Es ist nicht so, dass es GUT wäre, wenn die Idioten, die hier seit einer Stunde mit knallendem Auspuff im Kreis fahren, die Kontrolle über ihre Wagen verlören und in eine der anderen Karren mit lauter Anlage krachten, aber ich denke, dass die AnwohnerInnen die relative Stille der Aufräumarbeiten geniessen würden.

The constabulary could have done a lot better with these crime reports (of 3 #Mercedes #AMG cars stolen in #Ipswich). There are multiple different AMG models - which ones are they? And surely the registration marks are known, why not put these in the report? That way the cars will become "too hot to handle" at least in UK..

(This is also why I don't like keyless entry)

Yesterday, after I posted on the subject of the Mercedes C36 AMG, @ZeKik was commenting on the general wonderfulness of the W202 C-Class on which it was based. This is a C280 Elegance seen at the 2017 NEC #ClassicMotorShow, showing off its superb 2.8-litre M104 straight six. Fully built C280s (Sport rather than Elegance models) were sent to AMG at Affalterbach to be transformed into C36s. A few days ago, I explained how the ‘Rote Sau’ race car based on the Mercedes 300SEL 6.3 was an important milestone in the history of AMG. Today’s #davidsdailycar is another, the 1994 Mercedes C36 AMG, the first official AMG conversion carried out in co-operation with Mercedes, which later bought the company. Yesterday I featured the 4.5-litre version of the Mercedes W108/109 S-Class. Today, we’re looking at the even mightier 300SEL 6.3. S = S Class, E = injection and L = long wheelbase. ‘300’ would normally signify a three-litre engine but the separate ‘6.3’ badging gives the game away; this car has the 6.3-litre V8 from the Mercedes 600 limousine. Hey @bmdv , so gut wie keine Harley, so gut wie kein #AMG #Mercedes, so gut wie kein M #BMW und so gut wie kein S #Audi hält die Lärm Grenzwerte ein. Findet ihr nicht, dass es Zeit zu Handeln ist? Ich habe keinen Bock mehr, von diesen kurzschwänzigen um den Schlaf gebracht zu werden.

Ich stehe mit meinem #lastenrad auf der rechten Spur vor der Ampel. Auf der linken steht ein #AMG.
Blaulicht und Martinshorn von hinten, ich rolle auf den abgesenkten Gehweg vor...etwas verspätet fährt auch der AMG links zur Seite.
Krankenwagen passiert, ich rolle bis zur Kreuzungskante vor und warte auf Grünlicht.
AMG fährt dem Krankenwagen hinterher!
