fliegerjohnMal ein kurzer Zwischenbericht von der <a class="hashtag" href="https://fedi.datenkastl.de/tag/alp" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Alp</a>...<br><br>Die Kühe sind nun seit einer Woche da und wir haben eine grobe Routine.<br>Ansonsten viel zu viel Arbeit und zu wenig Schlaf. 😂<br>3:30 wird aufgestanden um die Kühe zu holen. Bis kurz vor fünf brauchen wir zum Einstallen. Vor dem Melken gibts für uns noch ein kurzes Frühstück. Ich melke dann nur einen Stall um früher in die Käserei zu kommen. Um kurz nach sieben ist das melken fertig und ich habe alles für die Kulturzugabe vorbereitet.<br>Bis um zehn muss der vorherige Käse ausgepackt sein. Die Formen gewaschen sein und nebenzu gekäst werden.<br>Das größte Problem ist das Händling mit der Wärme. Der Dampfkessel läuft von 7:00-11:30 auf Vollast - Käsen, Melkanlage reinigen, Warmwasser, Rahm pasteurisieren.<br>Bis um 11:00 ist dann der Käse in den Formen und zusammengeputzt. Nun können wir kurz verschnaufen, bzw. eine Person muss kochen.<br>Nachmittags haben wir dann etwas Zeit für einen Mittagsschlaf wenn wir nicht gerade Buttern müssen (alle zwei Tage).<br>Um vier müssen wir die Kühe wieder holen damit sie um fünf zum melken eingestallt sind.<br>Bis um acht sind wir mit melken und Melkanlage reinigen beschäftigt.<br>Wenn alles klappt können wir um neun ins Bett...
