of Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market is so imprecise… Is filter than compares uploaded video checksum with checksum of Despacito downloaded from YouTube somehow an upload filter? Is it enough? 🤔

@cookieburra @m4sk1n Why wouldn't it be able to? If a company decides that it loses money because of another company's filters that break the new copyright law, then it can fire a court case and possibly win it.
